This work is an organic composition inspired by desert seed pods. The semi-circular canopy is comprised of five leaf-forms. Each form incorporates a bulb like base filled with stones and is partially buried. Multi-colored hand-worked glass elements are embedded throughout. Like a living plant interactive LED lighting responds to changes in temperature and light levels throughout the evening and night by changing color and pattern.
