This suspended piece is in the shape of Torus, or tubular ring, outfitted with colored LED lighting that gives the illusion of spinning motion. The work is constructed of light weight fiber glass rod and contains embedded objects pertaining to flight (birds, bees, etc.) and the aviation history of the Dallas area (Dallas’s contribution to WWII aviation, models of planes manufactured in the area, etc.).
