This Riverside memorial for attorney and Congresswoman Tillie Fowler was inspired by a moving eulogy comparing her to a mighty oak tree. The foliage is composed of 3 matrix orbs representing the different levels of Tillie’s spirit: her family, her community, and her country. Reflective discs embedded in the orbs represent the many individuals whose lives were touched and continue to be impacted by her. Sculpture is internally illuminated.
